Shipping Info

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

I'm based in the USA and typically ship orders twice a week via First Class Mail (tracking included).

Any delays in shipments on my end, due to personal schedule issues or manufacturer delays, will be announced through email and on my Twitter. Unfortunately, the USPS has changed its shipping policy for the holidays and beyond, so please be patient with any delays that may occur after I send your order out!

For those with severe allergies, do also note that my household has pets. I have two cats, and while I try to keep them away from my merchandise as much as possible, sometimes cat hairs do make their way into things!

All sales in my shop are final, and I do not do returns unless I've made a mistake with your order, such as shipping out the wrong item. Any potential flaws with products are listed on their respective pages. If you receive a damaged item with issues beyond these flaws (eg due to mishaps during shipment) please contact me with photos.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I currently welcome orders from most countries directly from this website. Please note that if you are from the EU/UK, you must pay VAT on delivery! If you do not pay on time, the package may be sent back to me, and I will not refund orders that are sent back to me due to a customer error. If your package is sent back to me, you must also pay for international shipping a second time, so please be aware of this risk when ordering. I may suspend shipping to these countries if it becomes a problem down the line.

If your international package is lost, please contact me with screenshots of the order tracking. I purchase insurance for all international packages, so you may be able to get a full order replacement.

Some countries have suspended shipping from the USA due to Covid-19, please check if your country is one of them before placing an order!

If you are ordering internationally, please also try to have some extra patience with shipping speeds.

MISSING MAIL
Unfortunately, once I send out a package it's out of my hands and I cannot be responsible for most cases of lost and delayed mail. Please contact your delivery service first, but if your mail has been lost, you can contact me to check if I'm able to file an insurance claim!

I purchase international insurance by default (it's included with the shipping cost, as I don't want to risk shipping internationally without it). Most domestic packages come with up to $100 of insurance. Please be aware that depending on tracking status, carriers do not always accept insurance claims.

Please also note that during the winter holiday season, many packages will take much longer to arrive, and may not actually be lost.
